List of Events

Story Time–Tuesdays, April 30 and May 7, 14, 21, & 28 at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Join us at either 10:00 or 1:00; Story Time has the same theme at both times. Enjoy stories, songs, movement, and more! Story time is planned for children 2-4 years old, but, all children infant and older and their caregivers are welcome. No registration needed.

Homeschool STEAM–Wednesdays at 1:00 pm, May 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29. Join other homeschool families for hands-on STEAM activities. Projects are planned for students ages 4-12, but families with all ages are welcome. If it’s your first time attending, please register.

Tween/Teen Drop-In–Thursday, May 2 at 4:00 pm. Drop in any time to create blackout poetry. We’ll use pages from old books, newspapers, and magazines to create poems. For ages 10-18. No registration needed.

Artist Reception–Thursday, May 9 at 5:00 – 6:00 pm. Meet the winners of Union Grove Elementary’s student art show. See their artwork on display at the library. Light snacks and water will be provided.

Story & Craft–Monday, May 13 at 4:00 pm. Join us for afternoon story time and a craft. This month is Pete the Cat! Recommended for ages 3-5 but all are welcome. Please register.

Graphic Novel Club–Monday, May 20 at 4:00 pm. Join other kids who enjoy reading graphic novels! This month we will explore the Spy School series and enjoy fun activities. Recommended for ages 8-12. Please register.
