Evening Book Club–Tuesday, July 14 at 5:30 PM Join us as we discuss A Flicker in the Dark by Stacy Willingham. Please register. Books are available to check out now; ask at the front desk.

Abraham Lincoln: A New Birth of Freedom–Thursday, July 16 at 1:00 PM. Don’t miss this! Abe Lincoln as portrayed by Kevin Wood, will be here to talk about the entire period from Independence through the Civil War, especially the 12 turbulent years from 1854-1865. He will also share Mr. Lincoln’s inspiring personal story. Suitable for ages 8 years and older. No registration needed.

Movie Monday–July 20 at 10:00 AM. Enjoy a movie on the big screen! We will be showing Wicked: For Good (rated PG), based on the The Wizard of Oz.

Common Scams & Frauds–Wednesday, July 22 at 1:00 PM. A specialist from the WI Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection will discuss the details of common scams, the warning signs of a scam, and what to do if you or someone you know falls victim to a scam or fraud. Please register.

Afternoon Book Club–Thursday, July 23 at 1:00 PM Join us as we discuss The Confession Club by Elizabeth Berg. Please register. Books are available to check out one month in advance.

Stock Photo Shoot (by appointment)–Tuesday, August 4, Thursday, August 6, & Tuesday, August 18 1:00 – 4:00 PM. Want to see your face on our website, flyers, or social media? We are looking for volunteers to help us create promotional materials featuring our community! We need folks to simulate everyday library activities like reading, browsing the shelves, using the computer, and more. Please call to make an appointment.
