Digital Drop-In–Friday, August 14 & September 11 at 11:00 AM Do you have questions about how to use the library’s digital resources like Libby or Ancestry.com? We will be here to help!

Stock Photo Shoot (by appointment)–Tuesday, August 18 1:00 – 4:00 PM. Want to see your face on our website, flyers, or social media? We are looking for volunteers to help us create promotional materials featuring our community! We need folks to simulate everyday library activities like reading, browsing the shelves, using the computer, and more. Please call to make an appointment. 

Tin Can Planters–Thursday, September 3 at 1:00 PM. A Master Gardener will teach us how to grow lettuce and microgreens in recycled materials. This is a hands-on class using plants and/or seeds, and soil. May be held outdoors, weather permitting. Spots are limited; registration is required.

Jigsaw Puzzle Contest–Saturday, September 12 10:00 AM – noon. Are you good at jigsaw puzzles? Then sign up for our puzzle contest! Four teams of up to four players each will have two hours to complete the same 500 piece puzzle (puzzles provided by the library). The team who puts their puzzle together the fastest wins! Open to all ages, however, there must be at least one adult on each team. Registration is required. Note: the top two finishing teams will have the opportunity to move on to the county-level contest as part of the Prairie Lakes Library System Puzzle Tournament.

Monday Movie–September 14 at 10:00 AM. Watch a movie on the library’s big screen! We will be showing the romantic drama Reminders of Him (PG-13), based on a novel by Colleen Hoover. No registration needed.
