Library policies are enacted by the 7-member Library Board of Trustees, a panel of local citizens who are either appointed by the Village of Union Grove Board President and confirmed by the Village Board, or, by the Racine County Executive and confirmed by the Racine County Board of Supervisors, to oversee library activities in accordance with Chapter 43 of the Wisconsin state statutes.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n The Library Board typically meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5:00 pm, at the library. Meeting dates for 2026 are as follows: January 14, February 11, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 11, and December 9.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n The meeting agenda is posted at the library, and distributed to the Union Grove Village Clerk and the Racine Journal Times, 24 hours in advance of the meeting, per Wisconsin statute.
